I didn't take any pictures this morning, but it was a different enough recipe that I figured I'd throw it on here for future reference.
Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups kale, loosely packed
- ½ avocado
- 1½ carrots
- 1 handful grapes
- 1 apple
- ¾ teaspoon matcha
- 1½ teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 scoop protein powder
- ¾ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup frozen peaches
- ¾ cup frozen mango
- ½ cup frozen broccoli
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend and serve!
Notes:
I also usually add vitamin D pills to the smoothie.
