Another day, another smoothie. Added a couple more healthy spices in to this one and used avocado instead of banana, along with some other changes. I'll use more cinnamon next time.
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 cups kale, loosely packed
- ½ avocado
- 1 pear
- 1 apple
- ½ cup frozen cranberries
- 1½ cups frozen peaches
- 1 carrot, ends chopped off
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 handful of almonds
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend. Serve and enjoy.
