I went for a nice little (6.2 mile) run this morning, and decided to make a recovery smoothie when I got back. Delicious and full of good stuff for recovering. Enjoy!
- 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
- ¼ cup water
- 1 banana
- ½ carrot
- ½ apple
- 1 cup kale, loosely packed
- 1 handful raw almonds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- ½ teaspoon matcha powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup frozen berries
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend and serve!
