This week is my first 5-day work week since before Christmas. It's only Tuesday, and it feels like the week should be over tomorrow. Ugh. In order to keep things interesting, I finally got off my butt and started running again. The current plan is to run 4-5 days a week and start my MCMAP training up again next week. Hopefully, I won't keep making excuses to not run and I'll get back in the shape I need to be in pretty quickly.
